Conditions of sale




Article 1 – APPLICABLE REGULATION
This contract is subjected to the statute of the fournished Tourism Residences, and can not be a principal residence.
The customer (occupant) cannot prevail himself of the applicable legal provisions as regards the dwelling leases, in particular as for the maintenance in the places. Any domiciliation in the apartment, on a purely private or professional basis, is prohibited.

Article 2 – INSCRIPTION AND RESERVATION
The apartment reservation is valid only after acceptance by CITALYS. The booking confirmation remains with the whole discretion of CITALYS. Moreover, to be firm, the reservation must be guaranteed by an advance payment. The advance corresponds to the amount indicated on page 1 of the contract.
In the absence of payment of this advance at the latest 7 days after the signature of the contract, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. The payments are carried out only by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard), Paypal (www.paypal.fr), cheque in euro or wire transfer. The payments have to be sent to the following address : resa@citalys.com. All our apartments are opened to the rent subject to availability.

Article 3 – PRICE
Our prices are meant all taxe included with the provision of housing, loads included (water, electricity, heating, visitor's tax, linens). We remind you that a housing is planned for a given number of occupants, could not, in any case, be inhabited by a higher number of people.

Article 4 – MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION OF STAY BY THE CUSTOMER
MODIFICATION
We will endeavour to accept as much as possible your requests for modification of dates, type of apartment or place of stay within the limit of availabilities. Subject to availability and with the CITALYS discretion, the lenght of the stay can be prolonged, without obligation of maintenance in the same apartment nor at the same price.
Any price changes due to a prolongation of the stay will be subject to an amendment to the contract, which will have to be signed and payed at our office.
A premature departure will not give place to any refund, except from any acceptation from CITALYS.

CANCELLATION
You must notify it to us by mail : the reason of your cancellation and your dates of stay. The cancellation will be affective as soon as we receive your mail.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- More than 31 days before your arrival : 00%*
- Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival: 25% *
- Between 14 and 8 days before your arrival: 50% *
- 7 days or less before your arrival: 75% *

the total amount of the renting.
If you do not show yourselves on the place of your stay, we retain 100% of the total amount of the stay.


Article 5 – ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The arrivals are done from 2pm to 8pm from Monday to Sunday. The demands for late arrivals (after 8pm) must be beforehand accepted and confirmed by our welcoming service and will be charged 50€.

Article 6 – DEPOSIT
A credit card imprint (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard) will be required at your reservation. If you cannot provide it, a deposit of 300 € per apartment (payable by cheque in Euro or Paypal ) will be required at your arrival. It will be restored to you in a maximum of one month after your departure, deduction made of the allowances retained for the possible damages.

Article 7 – ANIMALS
The domestic animals are not accepted.

Article 8 – OBLIGATIONS OF THE RESIDENT
The apartment will be placed at the disposal of the resident in a good state of maintenance. The resident will use the rented place and its instalations as a “good family father”.
At the end of its stay, it will be asked to the tenant to wash its dishes and empty the trash cans. In case of inexecution, and if the apartment is left in excessive dirt conditions, an extra 50€ will be charged for cleaning.
The apartment is being controled prior to the renters arrival. However, the resident will have to warn us (by telephone or mail) within 24 hours, of any abnormality. In case of damaging, the settlement of the invoice will be the tenant responsability during and after is stay. There will be no repayment in case of furnitures purchase for the apartment without the backing of CITALYS. There will be no repayment in case of any kind of intervention in the apartment, from the renter itself, and without the CITALYS agreement.
The flat is NON SMOKER.
CITALYS allows itself to enter the place, for maintenance or safety reasons.

Article 9 – RESPONSABILITY
The responsibility of CITALYS can not be committed in the event of theft or degradations of personal effects, in the apartments. This contract being subjected to the statute of the tourism residences, the provisions of articles 1952 and following of the civil code, relating to hotel, are not applicable. The responsibility of CITALYS can not be committed in the event of background noise in the street, or in case of building work in the buildings were the apartments are located. The responsibility of CITALYS can not be committed in the event of malfunctionning of the Internet sevice. This service being provided by an external company. Any dispute created by unexact description of the apartment from our partners, will not be imputable to CITALYS.

Article 11 – CANCELLATION 
The contract will be automatically terminated, without formality and, in case of inexecution by the customer of its obligations or inappropriate behavior likely to disturb the stay of the other occupants. The resident will have to leave, immediately, the residence and could be expelled if needded with the assistance of police force.

Article 11 – AFTER SALES SERVICE
Our team is at your disposal during your stay to answer your complaints, to solve the possible dysfunctions and to allow you to fully enjoy your stay.
Any complaint, has to be the subject of an addressed mail, by letter registered with acknowledgement of delivery, to CITALYS, 40 rue de trévise 75009 PARIS within 15 days.
