Our rate do include the following services :
Household linen is supplied : sheets, blankets, and towels.
All apartments are fully equiped of modern confort. Fully furnished kitchen : refrigerator, electric hot plates, micro-waves, oven, coffe-pot, boiler, toaster... And also iron and ironing board, hairdyer...
A cleaning kit is furnished.
Electricity and heating are included.
The end of stay cleaning (not including dishwashing and garbages).
Concierge service 7/7 from 10am to 8pm from monday to friday, and from 12pm to 8pm saturday and sunday : if you have any questions, our team stays available to fulfill your desires.
ALL OUR APARTMENTS ARE NON-SMOKING.

CITALYS SERVICES +
if you want to, we can organise for you your airport tranferts at your arrival, and as weel for your departures. Contact our welcoming team, it will be a pleasure to do it for you.

SUPPLEMENTS
Tourist Tax is not included in our rates : it is 1€ per day and per person.

DEPOSIT
There's no security deposit to pay ! The reservation has jus to be guaranteed by the payment of an account.

ARRIVALS
We welcome you every day, from Monday to Sunday, from 3pm until 8pm. At this time, we’ll give you the key of your new apartment and an access map of it, and you’ll pay the balance of your rental (if necessary). Then, we will call a taxi from the office (payable by us) from our office to drive to your new home.

DEPARTURE
You don’t need to come back at our offices. Just leave the keys on the table at the apartment. Departures must be done before 11am.

ANIMALS
Animals are not admited in our apartments.

CANCELLATION
The cancellation must be done by email. If you notice us 30 days before the date of your stay, no indemnity will be removed. But if you notice us in less than 30 days, an indemnity will be calculated :
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival : 25%*
Between 14 and 8 days before your arrival : 50%*
7 days or less before your arrival : 75%*
(*of the total amount of your stay)
If you don’t come at all, you’ll have to pay 100% of the amount of your rental.

MODIFICATION
If you want to modify your stay (date, kind of apartment, place of stay, extension), we’ll try at our best to satisfy you according to our availibilities, and without making you pay any supplement. In case of accepted extension of your stay and application of new rates, these one can be applicable since your original arrival date. If you choose to leave before the planned date, there’s no reimboursement.
